SHIPPING
CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY AND RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS
• Delivery via carrier and CTT, with online tracking of the shipment (tracking) and proof of receipt.
Delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer (unless there are active promotions). In case of error in the address provided or absence of the recipient, the costs of the second delivery are also the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must proceed to check the good condition of the packaging. If you detect any defect, as a result of the transport, you must refuse delivery and communicate this fact to Conforauto.pt, as soon as possible, in order to proceed with the claim with the transport company.
RETURNS
Conforauto.pt does not assume the return costs.
Returns will only be accepted within a maximum of 14 days after the date of receipt of the order.
Returned products must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice, accessories and original packaging.
REFUND
The refund is made after confirmation and rectification of the order status. If it is found as shipped (new and undamaged) the refund will be made within 14 days after receiving and rectifying the order.
